I love public speaking. Weird, I know, but I might as well make something of it!
A few months ago, I spoke at the second Ignite Fort Collins. If you haven’t already heard, Ignite is a community-created event during which presenters are armed with a microphone, a set of slides and a captive audience.
What’s in it for the audience, you ask? High-energy presenters, and the likelihood that something will go wrong. You see, every 15 seconds, whether the presenter likes it or not, their slides advance.
To wit, my five minute adventure: Confessions of a Know-It-All: One Man’s Quest to Learn a Lot, and BS the Rest.
